Brain Teaser - Escape

Get inspired by a dilemma games I played years ago I decided to recreate this amazing brain teaser game. Scope of the game is to move tiles in order to let the big squared tile to escape from the maze. Only the big squared tile can get out from the maze. Do you think it is easy? Try it.Message me if you want to know how to solve the puzzle. The starting tile position is as in the image, the big suqared tile must be on the opposite part of the board respect to the hole on the side. For my printed model I used a PLA Wood to base, cover and tiles as I'm going to paint my board to give a real wood effect. For the buttons I used Bambu PLA Red, Yellow and Blue. Tiles are placed upside down, on the sides of the holes for the buttons, for the best finish using a textured plate. Supports for the hole are not needed as bridges are small but pay attention to not speed up the print otherwise you could have problems. For a safer print enable supports, set style SNUG and “Base Pattern Spacing” to 3mm. This will create easy removable supports for the tiles holes. To print cover and base of the board I recommend to use an outer brim. If you use it then pay attention to remove correctly the brim, the tolerance between cover and base is right, extra thickness would create problems to open and close the box. In any case, at the beginning, opening and closing the box could seem hard, just try to open and close the box 3-4 times in order to let the two parts fits better each other. About buttons, pay attention to the RED one as this is designed for the big tile and it's 0,5mm thinner than the other buttons. For any further details feel free to message me.
